¿Cual es la pieza principal, el punto de inicio para poder decir que estamos entrenando a alguien en base a la función? La Subjetividad; la subjetividad es escuchar y entender que es aquello que quiere nuestro entrenado de nosotros para de esta manera poder encarar y planificar el entrenamiento del mismo de la forma mas eficiente posible. Hace años una alumna de 60 años de edad me pidio "me quiero levantar de una silla en una cena de una forma respetable y digna" hoy en dia se puede levantar 10 veces o mas seguidas si quisiera sin ningun problema. <br />
Si entendieramos mas aquello llamado analisis funcional y lo llevásemos al movimiento, entenderiamos que nuestra función como entrenadores es "descubrir el problema", "establecer una estrategia" y "plantear una meta" el resto es publicidad, no hay elementos funcionales, solo hay estrategias y Movimientos...<br />
Y podría llegar mas lejos como el personaje de un poderoso libro de filosofia sentenciando algo todavia mas polémico, pero prefiero ser prudente, pero solo por el momento...</div>
